- We are not responsible for locked gates or inaccessible areas that prevent service completion

Payment Terms

Compliance with Laws

You represent that you have the legal authority to request services on the property and that all work complies with local ordinances, HOA rules, and property agreements.

Our Responsibilities and Limitations

Limitations of Liability

- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or conditions

- We are not liable for damage to unmarked underground utilities, irrigation lines, or cables

- We are not responsible for plant survival after installation (unless covered by a separate warranty)

- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question

We are not liable for delays or failures to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

Warranty and Guarantees
